DEIN PROFIL- Guter Abschluss der Haupt- oder Realschule
- Gute Leistungen in den Fächern Mathematik und Deutsch
- Engagement, körperliche Belastbarkeit und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Mitwirkung bei logistischen Planungs- und Organisationsprozessen
- Kennenlernen der unterschiedlichen Abteilungen, z. B. Logistik, Materialwirtschaft, Ersatzteilwesen, Versand und Qualitätssicherung
- Mitwirken bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen in der Logistik
- Arbeiten mit SAP und Microsoft‑Office‑Programmen
- Bedienen von Flurförderzeugen
- Sehr hohe Übernahmechancen
- Individuelle Unterstützung bei der Prüfungsvorbereitung
- Austausch mit Auszubildenden und Studenten anderer Standorte
- Abwechslungsreiche Teambuilding‑Veranstaltungen
- Verschiedene Trainings zur Stärkung der Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeit
