Responsibilities
- Erfassung sämtlicher Kundenanfragen im ERP-System
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Aufträgen sowie Artikeln im ERP-System
- Durchführung allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im Rahmen von Werkzeugbau-Projekten
- Vor- und Nachbereitung von Spritzgussaufträgen in enger Abstimmung mit der Spritzgussfertigung
- Beschaffung von Materialien und auftragsbezogener Waren in Abstimmung mit Kunden und Projektmanagern
- Erstellung von Auftragsbestätigungen und weiteren relevanten Dokumenten
- Unterstützung in der Telefonzentrale
- Technisches Verständnis
- Spass und Freude bei Kontakt mit Menschen
- Hohe Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Begeisterung für ein wachstumsorientiertes junges Unternehmen mit Potenzial
