Grace Community Church, Northwood, OH campus is looking for a godly guy who is committed to serving others as our Youth and Family Pastor. This position would be spread across 3 family-focused ministries
- Grace Kids, Fuse Student Ministry, and Young Adult Ministry and help students transition seamlessly from one ministry to the next.
The goal would be for the Youth and Family Pastor to be a source of encouragement and support for our Grace Kids (10% of time/energy) and Young Adult (10% of time/energy) volunteers who are doing an amazing job and making a great impact. The majority of his time and energy (80%) would be focused on growing our Fuse Student Ministry by grounding our students in God’s Word and mission and turning our youth ministry into a ministry to youth by youth.
Grace Community, Northwood campus has experienced steady and healthy growth in our 9+ years through non-churched people placing their faith in Christ and believers walking with them as they grow in their relationship with Christ. We believe God wants to increase our impact, so we are looking for the right guy to join our team. We are a united and energized church of 350+ people with an average attendance of 230+ at our 2 Sunday services.
We are a church that is intentional about the gospel, creative, while doctrinally and theologically conservative. Our mission is to help people DISCOVER the truth, DECIDE on Jesus, DEMONSTRATE change and DEPLOY to serve others and share the gospel.
