- Partnerschaftliche Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden von Bauherren, Betreibern, Projektentwicklern und Ingenieurbüros
- Beratung und Unterstützung von Ingenieurbüros, technischen Objektbetriebern, Verwaltungs- und Bauämtern bei der Planung, Realisierung und Durchführung von Bestandsumbauten (Retro-Fit) und Neuanlagen für Gebäude- und Raumautomationslösungen
- Angebotserstellung mit moderner Software und Unterstützung durch die Fachabteilungen im Haus
- Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung der finalen Angebotsstrukturen durch den Vertriebsinnendienst
- Angebotsverfolgung, Verhandeln von Konditionen bis hin zum Vertragsabschluss
- Akquise von Neukunden sowie Ausarbeiten von Vertriebsstrategien mit Markteinführung neuster Produkte aus eigener Fertigung
