Tätigkeiten
- Pflegeprozesssteuerung und Durchführung von Pflegemaßnahmen (Grund- und Behandlungspflegen) für Schülerinnen und Schüler mit Pflegebedarf
- Unterstützung der verantwortlichen Pädagogen bei der Umsetzung der Schulprozesse für die ihr anvertrauten Kinder/ Jugendlichen
- Sicherstellung von Teilhabe der Kinder / Jugendlichen am Schulalltag durch Betreuung und Begleitung
- Unterstützung / Assistenz im Schulalltag
- Abschluss als staatlich anerkannte/r Heilerziehungspfleger/in, Pflegefachperson, Krankenschwester, Krankenpfleger und
- pflegetheoretische und pflegepraktische Grundkenntnisse und ggf. Erfahrungen in der Betreuung pflegebedürftiger Kinder/Jugendlicher
- Sie haben eine positive Grundhaltung zu seelisch behinderten, kranken und pflegebedürftigen Kindern/ Jugendlichen
- Sie überzeugen durch hohes persönliches und berufliches Engagement, Motivation und Selbstständigkeit
- Arbeitszeit: in der Regel von Montag bis Freitag
