Empfangsmitarbeiter (m/w/d) in Teilzeit – Spelle
Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir eine freundliche und zuverlässige Empfangskraft für nachmittags. Gerne ab dem 01.08. oder nach Verfügbarkeit.
Anforderungsprofil- Freundliches und gepflegtes Auftreten
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
- Zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Im Idealfall kaufmännisch abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Freundlicher Empfang und Betreuung von Kunden
- Annahme und Weiterleitung von Telefonaten
- Bearbeitung des Postein- und
-ausgangs - Allgemeine organisatorische und administrative Unterstützung
- Evtl. allgemeine Unterstützung in der Sachbearbeitung
