Associate Director of Development, Leadership Annual Giving

Ohio University is hiring an Associate Director of Development, Leadership Annual Giving. This role involves planning and executing annual giving outreach to cultivate, solicit, and steward donors, strengthening alumni and donor relationships to support the University's mission. The Associate Director also collaborates on cross-unit initiatives and supports stewardship and recognition efforts while independently managing routine challenges.

• Plans and executes annual gift campaigns targeting alumni and other constituents.
• Engages in in-person and virtual donor visits, and attends events to build donor relationships.
• Supports stewardship and recognition efforts for annual fund donors.
• Collaborates across teams and contributes to department and university initiatives.
• Requires Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of related professional experience or equivalent.
• Preferred experience in donor identification, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Blackbaud and data-driven outreach prioritization.

• Salary range: $51,281 to $85,325, with final offer based on education and experience.
