- Du erstellst Bestellungen im ERP-System und koordinierst diese mit unseren Lieferanten
- Du überwachst Liefertermine und bleibst aktiv im Austausch mit unseren Partnern
- Du führst Wareneingänge durch – inklusive maßlicher und visueller Qualitätskontrolle
- Du erfasst Warenausgänge im ERP-System und bereitest Lieferdokumente vor
- Du packst Pakete und stellst einen sicheren, ordentlichen Versand sicher
- Erfahrung in Einkauf, Logistik oder Warenwirtschaft – oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Gute Computerkenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikationsstärke im Kontakt mit Lieferanten
- Teamgeist und Bereitschaft, sowohl organisatorische als auch praktische Aufgaben zu übernehmen
