Das Berufsbildungswerk Stiftung ICP München (BBW) sucht eine pädagogische Fachkraft als Etagenbereichsleitung im Internat. Die Stelle ist unbefristet in München, mit Vollzeit, Spät- und Wochenenddienst sowie Teilzeitmöglichkeiten von 30–36 Stunden pro Woche, Start 01.09.2026, angelehnt an TVöD.
Sie leiten zwei Internatsgruppen, betreuen Bewohner, erstellen Förderberichte, übernehmen administrative Aufgaben, leiten Teambesprechungen und unterstützen Kriseninterventionen.
