Overview
We’re Hiring:
Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Post‑Surgical Orthopedic Unit

As an RN on our post‑surgical orthopedic unit, you’ll play a key role in helping patients recover from joint replacements, spine procedures, sports‑related surgeries, and other orthopedic interventions. You’ll provide specialized care focused on mobility, pain management, and safe recovery.
Responsibilities- Perform thorough post‑operative assessments and monitor surgical sites
- Manage pain control strategies and administer medications/IV therapy
- Support early mobility and partner with PT/OT to guide recovery goals
- Educate patients and families on post‑operative expectations and home care
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, and the interdisciplinary care team
