We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Shadyside Healthcare & Rehabilitation. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and well‑being while contributing to our mission of family‑focused care.

Starting pay for this position, based on experience, is $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs.

The current available schedule is Part Time working one day each week. Shifts are 12‑hour 7pm to 7am.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
