A small skilled nursing facility located near Jenera, OH is searching for a full time and permanent Director of Nursing to join their team. This facility is part of a larger health network with excellent support offered from the Administrator, who has been here for years, and the regional team.
Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing, RN:- Monitoring nursing staff including hiring, training and disciplinary action while maintaining patient care
- Ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards
- Highly competitive salary based on years of experience, licensure and qualifications/certifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership position in the skilled nursing setting
