28 Facility in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, NY. This role offers competitive hourly compensation and requires at least one (1) year of experience in an outpatient or clinic setting, with a primary focus on ambulatory care, is required.

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in an Article 28 facility setting.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within the NP scope of practice.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals as needed.
