Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA​/STNA

Overview

We are looking for a skilled, compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) to join our Otterbein Marblehead community. The role involves providing person-centered care for residents in our independent living, assisted living, and nursing care units.

Otterbein Marblehead is located on 47 acres near Lake Erie and offers 57 independent living homes, 37 assisted living units, and 20 nursing care suites.

Job Type: PRN

Pay: Starting at $18.50 per hour, with a $3.00 2nd shift differential and a $1.50 3rd shift differential.

• Assist residents with daily tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide support under the supervision of a nurse.
• Promote resident independence and comfort.
• Document care accurately and timely.
• Perform additional duties as needed or assigned.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or State Test Nurse Assistant (STNA) certification in Ohio; applicant must be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Strong documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in proper lift technique and use of lift equipment for moving, lifting, and transferring residents.
