Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatment to our residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care
- Report and investigate incidents thoroughly and timely
- Maintain the self-respect, personal dignity, and physical needs of each patient
- Assist physicians during rounds
- Provide guidance and training for aides
- Demonstrate proficient nursing skills
- Current State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- High school graduate/GED
- Long-term care experience, good communication skills
