Registered Nurse (RN) – Corrections (Night Shift) | Caldwell, OH
Pay rate: $50-$55 an hr
Location: Caldwell, OH 43724 (on-site)
Job Type: 13-week contract (W2)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (4x10s)
Shift: Rotating nights — typically 10:00 PM-8:00 AM (must be flexible; shift/hours may change)

About the RoleWe’re hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, ethical, and clinically sound nursing care in a structured correctional healthcare setting. This position is best for nurses who are confident, adaptable, and able to maintain professional boundaries while delivering high-quality patient care.
What You’ll Do- Provide direct nursing care in a secure correctional environment
- Perform patient assessments and apply strong clinical judgment
- Respond to medical emergencies within the units as needed
- Work independently while following facility policies and procedures
- Active RN license in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Preferred: correctional, emergency, or acute care experience
