The Enclave at Barnesville is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) team. As a Night Shift CNA/STNA, you will play a critical role in providing comfort, safety, and continuity of care while our residents rest. • Follow residents' individualized plans of care under the direction of the Charge Nurse
• Provide direct resident care, including mobility and transfer assistance, grooming and personal hygiene, dining assistance, toileting and continence care, and other necessary tasks
• Perform routine safety checks and respond promptly to resident needs overnight
• Document care, interventions, and events in the resident record
• Follow all infection control policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe, quiet, and comfortable environment for residents throughout the night

• Immediately report suspected or actual abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation of property per facility policy
• Immediately report any work-related injury to your supervisor
• Support quality assurance, residents' rights, and regulatory compliance
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administration

• Treat residents, families, and coworkers with dignity, respect, and professionalism
• Promote teamwork and collaboration across shifts

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) – Required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage priorities effectively
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric care preferred
