Registered Nurse

An occupational health company located in Millersport, OH is currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join their team!

Title: Registered Nurse - RN

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Occupational Health - Construction

Location: Millersport, OH

Schedule: Part time, 24hrs week, (2) 12 hour day shifts, weekend only (Friday and Saturday)

Pay: Competitive based on experience plus full benefits package

Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid, assess workplace injuries, and coordinate care with healthcare providers. Recommend workplace modifications to prevent injuries.
• Conduct pre-employment screenings, routine health exams, and drug testing.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, ADA, FMLA, and other workplace health regulations.
• Case Management:
  Support employees with return-to-work programs, workers' compensation claims, and accommodations.
• Develop wellness programs, including stress management, nutrition, and preventive care initiatives.
• Train employees in CPR/First Aid and respond to medical emergencies.
• Provide health-related training sessions to employees on topics such as workplace hazards and disease prevention.
• Work with HR, safety teams, and management to maintain a healthy work environment.

Requirements:

• Graduate from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Compact or Ohio Registered Nurse license.
• At least 3 years of nursing experience and comfortability working independently.
• Nursing experience in occupational health or urgent care setting, strongly preferred.
