- Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely
- Monitor and document resident health changes and report to RN/physician as needed
- Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living) and ensure resident comfort and dignity
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Support a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for residents
- Valid LPN license in the state of Ohio
- Current CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or geriatric nursing preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
