Job Title:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health
ShiftSchedule:
Monday‑Friday 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM
Weekly Hour Guarantee:32 hours guarantee
Coverage Areas:Portage, Medina and Summit County
Mileage Reimbursement:Yes – mileage reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
Top Responsibilities:- Field RN position – OASIS knowledge, HCHB experience.
- Skills include wound care, wound vac, ostomy care, blood draws, PICC/IV care, Foley care.
- Medication management, education, teaching.
Experience:
OASIS and HCHB experience, past homecare experience, and knowledge and experience with the above skills.
Nice‑to‑Have Skills/Attributes:- Easy to adapt, personable, receptive to education.
- Handles changes well.
Certifications:
RN license, CPR certification.
Dress Code/Scrub Color:Black, Grey, and Navy‑Blue scrubs.
