Madison, OH 44057 - Duration: 3+ months (possibilities of extension)
- Shift: Monday-Friday 0800–1630 (40 hours weekly, 36 guaranteed)
- RN case management
- All home health visit types
- Associate’s Degree
- RN State of Ohio
- Home health experience
- Schedule details: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week (36 guaranteed)
- Productivity expectations: 30 units
- On Call/Weekend Requirement: 1 week/weekend monthly
- Coverage Areas:
Lake, Ashtabula, Geauga County - Mileage reimbursement:
