We are currently seeking LPNs for a private duty case offering up to 40 hours per week, providing consistency, stability, and the opportunity to build a strong connection with your patient.

• $25.00 - $30.00/hour
• 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratios – provide focused, individualized care
• Flexible assignments, schedule control, and true work‑life balance

• Provide skilled, in‑home nursing care to patients with chronic conditions, post‑surgical needs, or other health challenges
• Take vitals, perform assessments, document care, and update the RN supervisor
• Support patients in following their care plan and learning self‑care techniques
• Educate family members on care routines, medications, and home safety
• Work alongside a care team including RNs, CNAs, and physicians
• Contribute to discharge planning and ongoing care coordination

• Active Ohio LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• At least 1 year of LPN experience, ideally in home health
• CPR certification
• Familiarity with home health regulations (state and federal)
• Clinical confidence, strong communication, and a compassionate heart
