Certified Nursing Assistant STNA Weekend Warrior

We are hiring State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNA) for the Weekend Warrior Day Shift.

Shift: 12 hours, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM.

Sign‑on bonus: $5,000 for full time.

As an STNA, you will provide basic patient care under the direction of nursing staff, including feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, moving patients, and changing linens.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring residents’ medical needs are addressed.
• Providing physical support to assist patients with daily living activities.
• Ensuring patients receive appropriate nutrition based on care plans.
• Recording vital signs: temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration rate.
• Gathering information from caregivers, nurses, or physicians about patient condition, treatment plans, or appropriate activities.
• Observing or examining patients to detect symptoms that may require medical attention.
• Documenting or otherwise reporting observations of patient behavior, complaints, or physical symptoms to nurses.

• Must possess an Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification.
