Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) day shift supervisor for our long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility. As part of the Spring Creek Team, you will be responsible for the care and needs of our many residents and patients. • Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.
• Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
• Assist with resident comfort.
• Direct the day-to-day functions of the STNA's in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility.
• Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies as may be requested.
• Interpret the department's policies and procedures to personnel, residents, and visitors, and government agencies as required.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
• Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.
• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.
• Report all discrepancies noted concerning physician's orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the DON.

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License
• Up to date CPR certification
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
