We are hiring a dedicated Registered Nurse (Emergency Department) to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care in a fast‑paced emergency setting. This role plays a critical part in patient assessment, treatment, and care coordination while supporting patients and families during urgent, often stressful situations. If you are a compassionate Emergency Department RN who thrives in dynamic environments, this position offers meaningful impact every shift.

This position will be scheduled only weekend shifts which may be days or nights depending on need.

• Perform timely patient assessments and prioritize care based on acuity
• Deliver evidence‑based nursing care using approved treatments and procedures
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records
• Educate patients and families on care plans, conditions, and next steps

• Analyze clinical data to identify patient needs and expected outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop individualized care plans
• Adjust interventions to enhance patient safety and quality outcomes
• Direct and support assigned nursing and support staff
• Communicate critical patient information to charge nurses and leadership
• Assist team members and float to other units as needed

• Follow hospital policies, Joint Commission standards, and regulatory requirements
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality at all times

This is a 100% onsite position in the Emergency Department in Port Clinton, Ohio.

• Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio
• Strong critical thinking and sound clinical judgment under pressure
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and basic computer systems

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Previous Emergency Department nursing experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
