Spring Creek Nursing and Rehab is currently seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor on night shift for our long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facility.

Job responsibilities for our Registered Nurse Supervisors include but are not limited to the following:- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.
- Administer medications and document therapeutic effects
- Assist with resident comfort
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the CNAs in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility.
- Participate in facility surveys made by authorized government agencies as may be requested.
- Interpret the department's policies and procedures to personnel, residents, and visitors, and government agencies as required.
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required.
- Complete accident/incident reports as necessary.
- Report all discrepancies noted concerning physician's orders, diet change, charting error, etc., to the DON.
Skills:
- Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License
- Up to date CPR certification
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays
- Exceptional staff training and customer service skills
