Fast Pace Health seeks a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver high‑quality primary and urgent care to patients of all ages in our rural community clinics. The role includes comprehensive assessments, managing chronic and acute conditions, ordering and interpreting diagnostics, and providing preventive care and patient education. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team in a dynamic, patient‑centered environment that values innovation, excellence, and community impact.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients across the lifespan in a rural clinic setting
  • Conduct histories, physical exams, and develop evidence‑based treatment plans
  • Order, interpret, and act on lab tests, imaging, and other diagnostics
  • Manage chronic conditions and acute illnesses, including minor procedures as credentialed
  • Educate patients and families on prevention, wellness, and disease management
  • Document all encounters accurately in the EHR in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with physicians, behavioral health, and ancillary staff to coordinate care
  • Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and population‑health initiatives
  • Support Fast Pace Health’s culture of compassion, community focus, and patient‑centered care
  • Precept or mentor staff as appropriate and maintain required certifications and CME
  • Family practice clinical care

Qualifications
  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Active, unencumbered Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in practicing state
  • National FNP certification (AANP or ANCC)
  • Current DEA registration (or eligibility)
  • BLS certification; ACLS and PALS preferred or obtained within designated timeframe
  • Eligibility for collaborative/supervising physician agreement per state law
  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems
  • Immunization and infection control compliance
