Schedule
Two-week rotating schedule:
Weekdays: 5p3a
Weekends: 8a8p
Rotation:
Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

What Youll Do
- Serve as the primary triage nurse for after-hours patient and family calls, assessing needs and coordinating appropriate care
- Evaluate physical, emotional, social, and spiritual factors impacting patient and family well-being and involve the interdisciplinary team as needed
- Communicate proactively with attending physicians, team members, and partner agencies to ensure seamless, high-quality care
- Perform clinical pronouncements of death and provide compassionate support to families
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation including care plans, progress notes, and updates
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Current RN license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum two years of professional nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and nursing skills
- Ability to support families through emotional stress and diverse lifestyles
- Current CPR certification
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
