Duties may include:

• Assessing and Developing Plans of Care
• Thorough Documentation
• Supervising and Delegating Tasks Related to Resident Care
• Monitoring Residents Conditions and Responding Appropriately to Change
• Delivering Treatment According to Plans of Care
• Assisting and Performing Comprehensive Nursing Assessment on All Residents
• Orienting Families and Residents to the Program
• Employing appropriate crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques as required.
• Attending educational in-services, staff meetings, and timely completion of online competencies.

Prerequisites for this position:

• Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current unencumbered licensed Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback.
• Maintain CPR
• Professional, courteous, and respectful interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and other staff.

Starting pay up to
-LPN Pay: Up to $36.13/hr RN Pay: Up to $45.65/hr

$5,000 Sign on Bonus for FT employees

Set schedules and assignments

12-hour shifts

$1.50-$3.00/HR For Pick-Ups on top of base wage

$5,250 toward tuition reimbursement each year
