Schedule:
Full‑time, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Shift
1)
Compensation: $36.01 per hour;
Sign‑on bonus: $2,000
- Starting hourly pay of $36.01, with multiple pay increases over the first years of service

- Provide professional nursing and/or emergency health care to residents, including assessment, medication administration, and daily rounds; record and monitor residents’ condition, progress, and response to treatment; manage clinical outcomes and quality measures; provide immediate medical attention to emergencies, including first aid and CPR; conduct RN‑specific resident assessments on admission, re‑admission, quarterly, and as needed.
- Act as lead worker in charge of day‑to‑day operations of the assigned unit or shift; provide direction to health‑care staff (RNs, LPNs, hospital aides); schedule, assign, review work, and delegate personnel based on resident needs and staff capabilities; evaluate staff performance; participate in staff development and education; orient new personnel.
- Perform related clerical and/or administrative tasks, such as charting and recording all medications, maintaining inventory of controlled drugs, medication, and equipment; compile required reports; supervise records maintenance; arrange appointments with outside medical providers.

QualificationsRequires current licensure as a registered professional nurse in the state of Ohio issued by the Board of Nursing under Section 4723.03 of the Ohio Revised Code.
