• Provide quality care in both clinic and telehealth, meeting patient volume goals for tele and in‑patient services.
• Lead clinic staff, modeling behaviors, actions and attitude (e.g., X‑ray technologists, nurses, front‑office specialists) to deliver excellent patient care.
• Perform responsibilities stated in the SCRIBE job description.
• Discuss and review patients’ medical history, symptoms, allergies, and current medications.
• Ask situation‑specific questions to formulate accurate diagnoses and provide guidance to ensure quality professional services.
• Engage with clinical leadership and elevate concerns to management to ensure strong patient care and resolution.
• Ensure accurate completion of patient charts in a timely manner, forwarding charts as appropriate on a daily basis.
• Implement clinical and telehealth protocols as outlined by CMO and supervising physicians.
• Analyze and interpret patients’ histories, symptoms, physical findings, and diagnostic information to develop appropriate diagnoses.
• Deliver excellent patient care through in‑patient and virtual diagnostic and therapeutic recommendations, focusing on safety, cost, and accurate information.
• Ensure activities are consistent with department expectations and comply with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment in both the clinic and virtual settings.
• Prioritize telehealth patient queue to ensure proper follow‑up.
• Order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests, and responsibly prescribe medications and educate patients on treatment of acute and chronic conditions.
• Follow clinical practice guidelines issued by the Office of Medical Affairs.
• Attend mandatory monthly meetings with supervising physicians and E/M training.
• Perform responsibilities within standard NP protocols.
• Complete all mandatory compliance training to maintain quality of care.
• Adhere to the core values of teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
• Recommend improvements to clinic and telehealth leadership.
• Communicate regularly with the team to support excellent patient care.
• Welcome new employees, facilitate introductions and clinic tours, and support their training.
• Maintain friendly, cordial relations with clients and employees, fostering a positive work atmosphere.
• Utilize physical, sensory, cognitive, and environmental functions required for the position.
