Position Summary

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Autumnwood Healthcare, Rittman, OH. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will care for residents who have impaired ability to perform at an independent level due to disease processes.

• Treat and document care for residents.
• Assist residents with daily activities under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Communicate resident status and changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support residents’ care plans.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate.
• Licensed CNA in the state of Ohio.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Strong decision‑making ability and the willingness to act independently when necessary.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with personnel, residents, families, visitors, and agencies.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm for caring for difficult residents.
• Willingness to learn and integrate new nursing practices.
• Non‑threatening presence in the workplace.
