Hourly Pay Range

$36.00 - $55.80, determined by expertise and experience.

Registered Nurse - General Medical Unit, Nights.

Location:

Northwest Community Hospital – Arlington Heights, IL. Per Diem Level I. Must be able to work at least 48 hours every 6 weeks, including at least 24 weekend hours if needed.

Hours:

7:00pm – 7:30am, every other weekend. No required travel.

• Provide patient assessment and collect health data involving patient, family, and other health care providers.
• Coordinate patient plan of care to ensure interventions are consistent, safe, timely, and appropriate.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with all customers, in person, on the phone, and in writing.
• Individualize patient and family teaching based on thorough assessment to meet learning needs.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evaluate nursing practice effectiveness.
• Maintain professional knowledge in current nursing practice standards, laws, and regulations.

• Successful completion of an Associate’s degree or BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure to practice nursing in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
