CNA Training Program

CNA classes are offered at Vancrest of Delphos or through Vantage in Van Wert.

$14/hour paid while attending CNA classes with perfect attendance. Hourly pay increases once placed into a full‑time or part‑time CNA position within the facility.

All class requirements and the state test must be successfully completed to maintain employment.

Candidates must be willing to accept a 2nd or 3rd shift (full‑time or part‑time) after completing the program.

Applicants requesting 1st shift will be placed on a waiting list until a position becomes available.
