Location: Blanchester
Role
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsible for providing compassionate care to residents under supervision.
Key Responsibilities- Take and record vital signs, monitor health status, and document measurements such as height, weight, and intake/output.
- Assist residents with bathing, grooming, toileting, eating, and hydration.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for guests.
- Observe and report changes in residents' skin and overall condition to licensed nurses.
- Support residents' mental, emotional, and social needs.
- High school diploma or GED
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Patience, empathy, promptness, dedication, and strong communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team dedicated to high-quality care.
