Trilogy Health Services - 901 East Main Street - Responsibilities:
Assist with administering medications to residents as directed by physician/nurse supervisor and DON;
Set up, administer, and record prescribed medications under supervision of a licensed nurse;
Follow the five rights of medication administration within scope of role;
Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed;
Label, store, receive, and destroy medication per company policy;
Perform medication charting as directed by Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
