We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home healthcare services in the Alexandria, OH area.
Responsibilities include- Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process
- Initiating and revising care plans based on patient needs
- Administering medications and treatments, monitoring outcomes
Responding to patient condition changes and reporting to physicians or supervisors - Providing healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning
- Current LPN license in the practicing state
- Valid health certificate, PPD or Chest X-ray, and BLS certification
- Preferred: one year of LPN experience
clinical nursing skills, patient assessment, medication administration, effective communication, and adaptability.
