Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing skilled nursing care to a young adult client during Saturday and Sunday day shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Administer prescribed nursing services and monitor patient conditions.
- Assess signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and patient status.
- Licensed as an LPN/RN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
