Location: Frazeysburg
Affinity Home Health Care Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care for a young adult client on Saturday and Sunday day shifts in Ohio.
You will use the nursing process to assess and plan care, administer prescribed nursing services, monitor patient conditions, and document patient status. A current LPN license in Ohio, TB/Chest X-ray, and BLS certification are required. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are offered.
