. We are looking for caring and dedicated nursing assistants who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and supporting residents in a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment.
Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
Responsibilities- Provide direct resident care in accordance with individualized care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene, toileting, and continence care
- Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Support residents with dining assistance and hydration needs
- Conduct routine overnight safety checks and rounds
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
- Accurately document care provided and resident observations
- Maintain a clean, safe, quiet, and comfortable environment throughout the night
- Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional resident care
- Immediately report suspected or actual abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or misappropriation of resident property
- Report work-related injuries and safety concerns promptly
- Support quality assurance initiatives and regulatory compliance standards
- Protect resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality
- Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification required
- Current CNA/STNA certification in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
- Long‑term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, nursing home, or geriatric care experience preferred
