Assistant Director of Nursing ADON

• Assist the Director of Nursing in day-to-day operations and clinical oversight
• Support and mentor nursing staff to ensure excellent resident care and high morale
• Help manage care planning, documentation, audits, and survey readiness
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote communication and coordination
• Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives

• Active RN license in Ohio
• At least 2 years of experience in long-term care
  , with some leadership/supervisory experience
• Solid understanding of skilled nursing regulations and best practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A genuine passion for resident care and staff development
