State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)
Location: Wellston, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
Shifts Available: Days | Nights | Weekends (Weekend Warrior)

Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide safe transfers and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Support residents with meals and hydration
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- CPR certification preferred
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Salary: $15 - $17.5 base hourly pay with additional attendance and loyalty incentives
