Registered Nurse (RN)Locations:

We are seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our behavioral health treatment team. The RN provides direct patient care, supervises nursing staff, supports crisis intervention, and plays a critical role in patient treatment and recovery.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, monitor, and provide nursing care for behavioral health patients
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Respond to psychiatric and medical emergencies
- Supervise LPNs, Mental Health Technicians, and support staff
- Participate in treatment planning and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Educate patients regarding medications, wellness, and recovery
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and medical records
- Support patient safety, therapeutic interventions, and crisis management
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient assessments
- Current Ohio RN license required
- Current CPR Certifications required
- Behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Knowledge of psychiatric medications and crisis intervention techniques
- Collaborative and supportive behavioral health team
