Johnstown Pointe, a five-star skilled nursing facility located in Johnstown, OH, is currently looking for an experience vent, trach, and high acuity residents to join our team!

• Ventilator Management:
  Monitor mechanical ventilator settings, track patient tolerance, and respond immediately to machine or pressure alarms.
• Airway Care:
  Perform regular airway suctioning, tracheostomy care, and provide frequent oral care to prevent ventilator associated pneumonia.
• Patient Assessment:
  Conduct routing clinical assessments including vital signs, breath sounds, oxygen saturation, and neurological status.
• Team
  
  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with respiratory therapists, physicians, and CNAs on interdisciplinary care plans.
• Documentation & Compliance:
  Maintain accurate electronic health records, administer prescribed medications, and follow safety and infection control protocols.
