Winter Crew Member

Chapin Landscapes is seeking dependable and safety-focused Snow Plow Drivers to support our winter snow and ice management operations. This position plays a critical role in maintaining safe access to commercial and residential properties during snow events.

• Safely operate snow plow trucks and related equipment.
• Perform snow and ice removal on assigned routes and properties.
• Follow established service priorities and company procedures.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors during snow events.
• Conduct basic equipment inspections before and after shifts.
• Maintain a professional attitude when interacting with clients and team members.

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Prior snow plowing or equipment operation experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in winter weather conditions.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
