• Ardent Communities is seeking reliable and hardworking Groundskeepers to join our fast-growing team. The Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the appearance and safety of our outdoor areas. This includes performing various landscaping, cleaning, and maintenance tasks. If you have a passion for working outdoors and take pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you.
• Landscaping Maintenance
• Weeding, trimming, watering
• Cleaning and trash removal
• Remove trash and debris from common areas throughout community
• Outdoor facility maintenance
• Maintain lighting
• Maintain signage
• Painting and small exterior repairs
• Seasonal responsibilities:
  Winter, shoveling and salting all common areas;
  Summer, maintain swimming pool
• Additional responsibilities will be assigned as needed
