The
Landscape / Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead
is responsible for leading a crew in the day-to-day execution of landscape maintenance services and landscape enhancements while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on every job site. This role works hands-on with the crew, serves as the primary point of contact on-site, and helps uphold Priority Landscape’s commitment to delivering reliable, high-quality service to our customers. This role will report to the General Manager.

As a
Crew Leader
at Priority Landscape Management, you must be able to perform the following functions:

• Lead and supervise landscape maintenance/enhancement crew on daily routes, maintain accurate record keeping of time of the job and material allocation
• Perform tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, clean-ups, mulch, plant installation, hardscape, irrigation, and landscape lighting
• Ensure work is completed safely according to company standards, schedules, and customer expectations. Communicate with customers professionally, when needed on site
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, excavators, skid steers, and hand tools
• Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Conduct job site walk-throughs and communicate any issues or needs to management
• Following company policies and procedures
• Snow duties – include – plowing, salting, heavy equipment use on commercial sites
• Any other duties assigned

• Comfortable using basic office software (email, scheduling apps)
• Ability to work independently and in team settings
• Strong attention to detail and ability to exercise good judgement

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid DL, with acceptable driving record
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• 2+ years of crew lead experience
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
• Competitive & Weekly Pay – Non-Exempt position
• Paid holidays and PTO

• Monday – Friday :
  Saturdays, as needed
• Snow / On-call

This position is performed primarily outdoors and involves physical labor, including walking, bending, lifting, and operating equipment. Work may be performed in various weather conditions, with early start times and occasional overtime during peak/snow seasons.
