Landscape Maintenance Foreman

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of lawn maintenance technicians, ensuring the completion of all tasks, and maintaining the highest quality standards. • Supervise and motivate a team of lawn maintenance technicians.
• Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain and update daily schedules and job sites.
• Monitor the use of equipment and materials to ensure they are being used effectively.
• Conduct regular training sessions for technicians on new equipment and techniques.
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and maintain a safe working environment.

• At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the lawn maintenance industry.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of landscaping, horticulture, and lawn maintenance techniques.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
