Pay: $20.00 - 27.00/hr. (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round

We are currently hiring a Lawn Care Technician II to join our growing Plant Health Care team. This is a mid-level, field-based role ideal for someone with hands-on lawn care experience who is confident working independently, diagnosing turf issues, and interacting directly with customers.

As a Lawn Care Technician II
, you will manage your own service route, apply lawn treatments accurately, and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers. This role offers stability, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow your technical skills in turf health and plant care.

• Perform professional lawn care applications including fertilization, weed control, and pest treatments
• Diagnose turf issues such as weeds, insects, disease, and nutrient deficiencies
• Recommend appropriate treatment plans and additional services based on lawn conditions
• Communicate directly with customers to explain services, answer questions, and provide guidance
• Manage a daily service route independently and efficiently
• Accurately complete service documentation, product usage logs, and site notes
• Ensure compliance with all safety, chemical handling, and state regulations
• Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and PPE
• Assist with training and mentoring entry-level Lawn Care Technicians as needed

We re looking for a Lawn Care Technician II who takes pride in quality work and customer service.

• 1–2+ years of professional lawn care, turf, landscaping, or horticulture experience
• Strong knowledge of lawn care products, application techniques, and turf health
• Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working independently and managing a route
• Clear, professional communication skills with customers and teammates
• Attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping
