ASSOCIATE VETERINARIAN NEEDED IN QUIET COLLEGE COMMUNITY

Full-time associate veterinarian needed in progressive, small animal two doctor practice in north central Ohio. Located in Mount Vernon, our beautiful clinic is 40 miles north-east of Columbus and 25 miles south of Mansfield. Community amenities include an extensive network of bike trails, the Kokosing River, an expansive park district, local theatre company, three season farmer’s market, and concerts and performances including those at Kenyon College and the Mount Vernon Nazarene University.

• Lead a friendly, efficient staff while maintaining high standards of care.
• Work in a paperless, spacious clinic equipped with cloud-based software and an updated computer network.
• Perform in-house blood testing and urine Sedivue, digital radiography (including dentistry), high-speed dentistry, Tonopen, Doppler BP unit, ultrasound, laser therapy, anesthetic monitors, fluid pumps, and related equipment.
• Uphold the clinic’s culture of "Loving, Expert Care" through customer service and client education.
• Collaborate with a two-doctor team and participate in ownership potential discussions for the right candidate.
• Base compensation on experience; benefits described below.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and eligibility for Ohio licensure.
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards of care.
• Experience is preferred, but not required; ownership potential for the right candidate.
• Comfort with a paperless practice and a broad range of diagnostic and surgical equipment.
